From Drawing to Delivery

One Process. One Point of Contact.

From initial review through manufacturing, inspection, finishing, and delivery, Orvindal manages the project as one coordinated workflow.

Start With the Part.

Send the drawing or CAD file along with quantity, material, finish, and target delivery. If something is still being defined, we’ll identify what is needed to complete the quote rather than sending the RFQ back with unanswered questions.

02

Verify Before Production.

We review the print for critical tolerances, material condition, surface finish, inspection expectations, and features that may affect manufacturability or cost. Any technical questions are resolved before they become production problems.

The goal is simple: fewer surprises after the order is placed.

03

Map the Complete Job.

The operation sequence is planned before work begins—from raw material and primary machining through any grinding, fabrication, finishing, or outside processing. Inspection points and lead-time dependencies are built into that plan from the start.

04

Built to the Requirement.

Production moves forward against the approved drawing, revision, and schedule. We stay involved throughout the build and address issues that could affect fit, function, quality, or delivery instead of allowing them to surface at the end.

05

Verify What Matters.

Inspection is driven by the print and the needs of the order. Critical dimensions are verified, and requested material certifications, C of C documentation, and inspection reports are assembled with the job when required.

Finish, Pack, and Deliver.

After manufacturing and inspection are complete, required finishing and secondary operations are closed out before final shipment. Parts are packaged around their size, geometry, finish, and destination so they arrive ready for use.
